Monthly IT support
A dedicated technician who already knows your setup. When something breaks, you call or text and it gets sorted, without hold music or ticket queues. A one-page health report each month shows exactly what's been taken care of.
Computers, Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi and security, looked after by a local technician who knows your setup, so your team can focus on their work.
In most small offices, tech is handled by whoever has a free minute. Passwords end up on sticky notes, the Wi-Fi gets restarted a few times a week, and the person who set everything up left years ago.
An on-site or remote review of your setup, followed by a short, plain-English report on what's working, what's at risk and where you may be overspending.
Most offices start with one problem that's been dragging on for months. Once it's fixed properly, many choose ongoing support so they always have someone to call.

Multi-factor sign-in on every account, backups that are tested, old accounts closed and licences trimmed to what you actually use. These basics protect a small business more than anything else, and they're usually the first things to slip.
New hires have email, files and the right access on their first day. When someone leaves, their access is closed that same day and their files go to the right person.
Computers, printers, Wi-Fi, routers and security cameras, configured properly the first time and written down, so nobody's left guessing later.
Already paying for Jobber, Clio, QuickBooks or Jane? Get it set up and connected properly. Not sure what you need? Get an honest recommendation.
Small automations that take repetitive work off your plate, built inside the Microsoft 365 you already have whenever that's the simplest option.
Every industry has its own challenges. Select yours to see the most common ones and how they're solved.
Brokerages deal with constant turnover, paperwork everywhere and agents working from their phones in the car. Leads come in at all hours, and the good ones get missed.
Physio, dental, chiro and wellness clinics run on their front desk. When the Wi-Fi, printer or a workstation acts up, the whole day backs up.
Client confidentiality means security can't be an afterthought, and intake and document chasing eat into billable time.
January to April means emailing clients for missing slips and sending the same reminder for the fifth time, on top of keeping sensitive financial files safe.
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and construction companies have crews in the field and a small office trying to keep up with quotes, scheduling and follow-ups.
Property managers and landlords spend hours sorting rental applications, and half of them are missing documents.
Community centres, mosques, churches and non-profits often run on volunteers and donated equipment, with nobody officially in charge of IT. It's where CedarTech's founder got his start in IT.
Insurance brokers, consultants, small retail, design studios, dealerships. If you have a handful of people, computers, email and Wi-Fi, the problems are mostly the same.
Pick a time that suits you. It's done on-site or remotely and takes about an hour.
A short, plain-English report: what's fine, what's at risk and what to fix first.
Choose what you'd like handled, at a price agreed in writing first. Ongoing monthly support is available if you want it.
CedarTech is a new Calgary business. The first five offices to sign up for monthly support receive a reduced founding rate, locked in for 12 months.
The only ask in return is honest feedback and, if you're happy with the work, a short review.

CedarTech was started to give small businesses the same dependable IT that larger companies take for granted.
Founder Adam El Moallem has a background in IT and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience supporting real offices and their users: setting up and securing networks, managing Microsoft 365 accounts, troubleshooting computers and keeping everything documented.
The approach is straightforward: understand how your office actually runs, explain things in plain language, and make sure every fix is tested and written down so you're never left guessing.
Service available in English and Arabic.
Have a question that isn't covered here? Send it over and you'll get a straight answer.

Definitely. Tools that already work for you stay in place. CedarTech makes sure they're set up properly, connected to your email and files, and secured.
Everything stays in your own accounts, and you keep full ownership of every password and file. CedarTech doesn't connect to accounting, patient or case-management systems unless you ask, and never handles financial or health records.
That's completely fine, and it's how a lot of good working relationships start. Describe the problem and you'll have a clear price before any work starts.
